           Rocky River Dexters is a small farm in the beautiful green mountains of  Northern , Vermont . It started in 2004 with the purchase of Hayley when I was 12 and looking for cattle that would be small enough for our limited acreage . My goal with my herd is to maintain the purity of the breed by keeping with the older lines used before polled animals were obtained by outcrossing with other breeds .
